Order Processing Time:

All hair is pre-order unless labeled On Hand or Ready to Ship.

Pre-Orders:

• Processing Time: 2–5 business days (vendor sourcing & preparation)
• Shipping Time: 3–7 business days after processing
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

On Hand Items:

• Ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If your order includes both, it will ship together once all items are ready.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. 

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Shipping Addresses:
- Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information that may delay your delivery, we will contact you to update the delivery information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information.

 

International Shipping:
- International shipping is offered for $30.
