Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will assess the situation and try offer a suitable resolution. However, we are not responsible for damage done once the package is sent off with USPS.
