How Pre-Orders Work

At Her Haus of Hair, all hair is available for pre-order unless specifically listed as “On Hand” or “Ready to Ship.”
This helps us ensure that every bundle, wig, and texture you order is fresh, customized, and top-quality — straight from our supplier.

What “Pre-Order” Means

When you purchase a pre-order item, your order is reserved in advance and fulfilled once it arrives from our vendor.
This guarantees:

  • The exact length and texture you want

  • The highest quality hair (never old inventory)

  • A personalized order experience every time

Processing & Shipping Time

Please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for vendor processing

  • 3–7 business days for shipping once hair arrives

You’ll receive tracking updates via email or text as soon as your order ships.

Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + Ready-to-Ship)

If your order includes both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.
If you’d like your ready-to-ship items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

Payment & Order Updates

Payment is collected at the time of purchase to secure your hair.
Once your pre-order has been placed, we immediately begin the sourcing process — so cancellations are not available after 24 hours.

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way until your order is fulfilled.
